Sudha Challa, MD

Dr. Sudha Challa is a board-certified family medicine physician and fellowship-trained geriatrician with nearly two decades of clinical experience. As the founder of Lenox Medical Clinic, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for patients at every stage of life—with a specialized focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and healthy aging.

She completed her medical education at Kathmandu University in Nepal, followed by a residency at the University of Kentucky and a geriatric fellowship at the University of Louisville. To bridge primary care with wellness, she pursued advanced training in aesthetic skin therapy through Harvard Medical School’s professional education program.

Dr. Challa is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Physicians and maintains affiliations with the Emory Healthcare Network and Northside Hospital. Her patient-centered approach emphasizes long-term wellness and personalized treatment plans in a warm, welcoming environment.

Beyond primary care, she offers physician-guided weight management and advanced aesthetic services—including Fotona laser treatments, BioTE hormone therapy, and regenerative medicine—helping patients look and feel their best.
